Welcome to the fall photography workshops in the City of Light
Meredith will be teaching digital photography workshops this fall in Paris for adults, teens, and preteens.

Great photography is a balance between art and technique. Each workshop offers the tools needed to understand the camera controls as well as the "art" of seeing. Workshops include technical and artistic discussion, field trips, exhibits, hands-on exercises, assignments designed for fun and creative exploration, and friendly review of each individual's work.

Private Half-Day Photo Exploration
Contact Meredith for a private half-day workshop tailored to your photographic style and level of expertise. The workshop will include the key aspects of great photographs -- using your camera controls to best advantage, understanding the qualities of light, making a connection with your subject, and using the power of color and composition. The three-hour session includes practical tips for being ready to "capture the moment," technical review of conditions and shooting situations, and a special focus on how to really "see" the beauty of Paris (or anywhere you take your camera). The session usually includes about an hour and a half of instruction and review of images and an hour and a half of exploration in the historic center of Paris.
